Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

Accessible Seating, please inform your Ticketmaster representative (if you are calling) or requesting on-line, if you need reserved seating or general admission seating. With each accessible seat purchased, up to 3 companion tickets may be purchased. Anyone who is disabled and not in a wheelchair can request to use a folding chair for use in this space. Please contact a staff member for assistance. Please note there is NOT an accessible seating purchase option in general admission. Should you need accessible assistance in the general admission section, please visit a Guest Services kiosk after entering the venue for relocation to the accessible section of the lawn.
