Parents, please note that while most children are excited to meet their favorite characters up-close others can feel frightened. If your child is scared or hesitant to meet the character we recommend moving to the back of the line. This will allow your child the extra time they may need to warm up to the characters and see how they interact with other children present. For the safety of all guests and performers, no touching or hugging will be permitted. Admission to the performance is not included in the Photo Experience ticket. This is a separate upgrade that must be purchased in advance. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian. Each Child Parent or Guardian must have a show ticket as well as a Photo Experience ticket to attend

ADA spots located in the lower mezzanine level and at the top of the mezzanine level. For General Admission on the floor we have an ADA area to accommodate. Registered trained guide, signal, or service animals assisting. Guests with disabilities are permitted inside Vibrant Music Hall. Vibrant Music Hall requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animals work or the individuals disability prevents them from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.
