A fire-driven feast from some of the world’s best grill chefs.

Michelin-starred chef Dave Pynt of Singapore’s Burnt Ends returns home to Western Australia for a collaboration at Wills Domain that’s all about smoke, flame, and bold flavour, and he’s bringing some friends. 

Joining him is a powerhouse line-up: Francis Mallmann, the Godfather of fire, viral sensation & chef Andy Hearnden, Perth’s own BBQ king - Big Don's, and Sergio Labbe, and Jed Gerrard, Wills Domain. 

Together, the Wills Domain vineyard terrace transforms into a captivating fire celebration - dome grill, pits, asados, and smokers coaxing bold flavours from charred vegetables, pulled meats, and unexpected smoky delights. Expect immersive food stations, chef-led fire masterclasses, and fiery theatrics all around you. 

Roam from each grill and Argentinian fire pits as chefs plate dishes straight from the flame, a glass of Wills Domain wine in hand - with Margaret River’s vineyard views and the scent of smoke in the air. 

This is a full-blown fire celebration.
